We build glove programmes for importers, PPE wholesalers and industrial brands — from a yarn and gauge decision through to a shelf-ready carton with your barcode on it. You own the brand and the customer; we own the knitting, the compounding and the cure.

What we do
Two ways to work with us
OEM
You bring the spec
You know the gauge, the coating, the cut level and the target landed cost. We confirm feasibility, counter-sample, quote FOB and run the order against your approved sample.
Existing construction, your label
Target EN 388 / ANSI level
Your carton and barcode
Reorder stability from batch records
ODM
You bring the market
You know your customer but not the construction. We propose a shortlist from our pattern library, explain the trade-offs between price, dexterity and cut resistance, and develop from there.
Range planning by application
Cost engineering against a target price
Counter-sample from a competitor glove
Private label from the first order
How it runs
From first call to repeat order
Six stages. Each one has a deliverable and a decision point, so you always know what you are approving and what it costs.
1
Need consultation
We start with the job, not the catalogue: what the hand is doing, what it is being cut or soaked by, how long a shift lasts and what the glove has to cost per pair. Bring a competitor sample if you have one.
You receiveApplication brief and a shortlist of feasible constructions
2
Quotation & planning
We come back within 24 hours with FOB pricing, MOQ per style and colour, lead time and the certification options that apply to your market. Volume breaks are quoted in writing, not implied.
You receiveWritten quotation with MOQ, lead time and payment terms
3
Sample development
Stock samples ship immediately. A custom construction takes 7–10 working days: we knit the liner, dip the sample, and send it with the coating weight and gauge recorded. Two revision rounds are included.
You receiveWearable counter-sample plus specification sheet
4
Mass production
Production starts on deposit and approved sample. First-off approval at the start of every shift, hourly inline checks, and an AQL finished-goods inspection before anything is packed. Photos at 30%, 70% and 100% if you want them.
You receiveBatch records, inline reports, AQL inspection result
5
Shipping & delivery
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard; CIF and DDP available. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any conformity documents your customs broker asks for, and send you the tracking reference.
You receiveFull export document set and shipping schedule
6
Ongoing support
Reorders are run against the retained approved sample so the fourth container matches the first. We hold your artwork, colour references and carton dielines on file, and flag yarn or coating price movements before they hit your quote.
You receiveReorder schedule and change notices
What can be changed
The whole glove is a variable
Almost nothing on our standard range is fixed. These are the dimensions buyers change most often.
Liner & yarn
Polyester, nylon, HPPE, steel filament, fibreglass, acrylic, bamboo and blends. Cut level is engineered by blending, not by adding bulk.
Gauge
7, 10, 13, 15, 18 and 21 gauge. Lower gauge for abrasion and warmth, higher gauge for dexterity and touchscreen work.
Coating
Nitrile, foam nitrile, sandy nitrile, crinkle latex, smooth latex, PU. Palm, 3/4 or fully coated, single or double dipped.
Colour
Liner and coating colour matched to a Pantone reference. Hi-vis orange, yellow and green available on most constructions.
Cuff & fit
Knit wrist, elasticated, safety cuff or gauntlet. Cuff length from 50 mm to 100 mm. Sizes 6/XS through 12/3XL.
Branding
Silk-screen or heat-transfer logo on the back of hand, woven or printed cuff label, sewn-in label, custom hang tag.
Anything not on this list is worth asking about — the plant is ours, so most changes are a tooling decision rather than a sourcing problem.
Sampling
See it in your hand before you commit
Gloves are bought on feel as much as on data. A 4X42E rating tells you the cut performance; it does not tell you whether the cuff chafes after six hours or whether the palm is too slick to pick up a wet pipe.
So we sample first, and we sample cheaply. Stock styles ship same-week. Custom constructions take 7–10 working days from a confirmed spec, and we include two revision rounds — colour, gauge, coating weight, cuff tension — before you approve.
Sample cost is credited against the bulk order once it is placed. If you are comparing three factories, order from all three; we would rather lose on a sample than on a container.

Private label
Retail-ready, not just relabelled
A private-label order is not a glove with a sticker on it. It is a product that has to scan at the till, survive a pallet, explain itself on a hang tag and comply with the labelling rules of the market it lands in.
We handle the pieces most factories leave to you: artwork placement, barcode and FNSKU generation, carton dielines, inner-box quantities, size ratio packing and the conformity marking block that has to appear on the glove and the packaging.
Send your brand guide and we will send back a packaging mock-up before anything is printed.
Packaging and conformity documentation
Glove marking
Logo on back of hand, cuff print, woven label — positioned for visibility when the glove is worn, not just when it is flat.
Hang tag & header
Sized and printed to your artwork, including the standards table, pictograms, size and care block.
Inner & outer packaging
Polybag with or without euro-hole, retail shelf pack, and a printed carton with your dieline and barcode.
Market compliance
Labelling blocks for EU, UK, US and Gulf markets, plus the documentation your importer needs at customs.
Quality control
Four gates before the carton closes
01 · Incoming
Yarn count, filament integrity and compound viscosity verified against the approved sample.
02 · First-off
The first gloves of every shift are checked and signed off before the line continues.
03 · Inline
Hourly checks on coating weight, cure, sizing and cuff elasticity, logged per batch.
04 · Pre-shipment
AQL sampling on defects, size tolerance and labelling. Third-party inspection on request.

FOB, CIF and DDP. Let us know which Incoterm your finance team works to and the quote will match it.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO / Form A / Form E), test reports and declarations.
Consolidation
Mixed constructions in one container are fine, including different sizes and colours, packed to a size ratio you specify.
Questions
The ones buyers ask first
What is the minimum order quantity?
6,000 pairs per style and colour for standard constructions. New tooling, custom dielines or a bespoke liner blend may carry a higher minimum — we will tell you before you commit, not after.
How long does a custom sample take?
7–10 working days from a confirmed specification, plus transit. Two revision rounds are included in that.
What is the production lead time?
30–60 days from deposit and approved sample for most constructions. A new liner blend or a custom coating can add two to three weeks, in which case we say so in the quotation.
Can you help with certification for my market?
We supply the test data, declarations and factory certificates you need to file. Where a market requires a notified-body type examination in your company's name, we will tell you what is involved and support the submission — but we will not claim a certificate we do not hold.
Do you supply test reports?
Yes. Product test reports for the construction you order are provided with the shipment, and current factory certificates and audit reports are available at quotation stage under NDA.
Are samples free?
Stock samples are free; you cover the freight. Custom counter-samples carry a charge that is credited against the bulk order.
Can you pack for Amazon or a retail chain?
Yes — FNSKU labelling, polybag suffocation warnings, retail shelf packs, inner-box ratios and printed cartons. Send the marketplace or retailer requirements and we will confirm feasibility.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with the balance against the copy of the bill of lading for a first order. Terms are reviewed for repeat customers.
